Maintains knowledge of current local and state ordinances and statutes, and the Supreme Court Administrative rules regarding Clerk of Court operations.ħ. Reports and consults with Judges, County Board Supervisors, the Family Court Commissioner, Court Commissioners, and Judicial support staff regarding records operations and coordination.Ħ. Represents Department to other agencies and the public. Works in conjunction with Winnebago County Human Resources regarding Clerk of Courts staff hiring, transfers/promotions, discipline/discharge. Plans and reviews deputies’ work, maintains standards, and prepares annual performance evaluations. This reporting is required in order for the Courts to receive grant money from the State.Ĥ.Ěssigns Deputy Clerks’ tasks. Prepares the Annual Report of Actual Costs to the Director of State Courts. Prepares, recommends and monitors annual department operating budget including various cost centers.ģ. If shared placement does not apply (paying parent has at least 92 overnight), then child support is calculated using the applicable percent of income and any special circumstances that may apply. Most orders for child support use the Shared Income calculation, so that is now the primary way to calculate support.
